We get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or the color’s just not your vibe. No worries!

Returns & Exchanges:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (trying it on is totally fine!).
• Limited edition items are eligible for exchange while supplies last.

Custom orders are final sale, unless there's an error on our end.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Send us a quick email at brigadestaff2023@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do — we’ll guide you from there.

Heads Up:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake (oops — it happens!).
• For exchanges, we’ll cover shipping back to you once we receive the original item.
